キャンセルポリシー

• ご予約を頂きましたセッションの24時間前までのキャンセルが必要な場合は、決済代行会社からの手数料としてお支払いを頂きましたセッション料から5％の金額を差し引かせて頂きます事をご了承下さい。その他のお支払い料金はご返金させて頂きます。

• キャンセルはご予約時間の24時間前までにお願いいたします。

• ご予約時間の24時間以内のキャンセルは、お支払い頂きました料金の50％の返金のみが可能です。

• セッションのキャンセル又は日時変更が必要な場合は出来るだけ早く必ずご連絡を頂きますようお願いいたします。

• セッション当日ご連絡が無くセッションの欠席をなされた場合はご返金は一切致しかねますのでご注意ください。

Cancellation policy

• We apologize for any inconvenience, but in order to cover payment provider processing expenses, all cancellations are subject to 5% withholding to the refund.

• We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are eligible for a 50% refund. 

• We are unfortunately unable to provide refunds for members that were unable to submit a cancellation notice and did attend their scheduled session.

• We encourage our members to inform us as soon as possible should they be unable to attend their scheduled session.
